Beginner's course

Starting Wednesday 17 January, 18:30

This course will be aimed specifically at those who have no previous experience of running. You do not need to be fit but if you have any health issues you should seek medical advice before starting any fitness program. The course will run between 6 and 10 weeks (longer if needed) and will be adapted to suit the abilities of those who turn up. Once you have completed the course you will be encouraged to join our regular Wednesday sessions.
